   Absolutely love this. Slight niggle with a broken clip for the glass tube was rectified in two days. Couldn't ask for better service and look forward to using this on the many nights the North East coast is too cold to cook outside. BBQs are going to be on the cards with the Heat this produces! Easy to assemble and simple to use.

   I did need to call support when connecting the gas at first as it seemed to take a while, and they where great, easy to get hold of and quick to answer
   
   Also provided access to you tube videos to confirm all built correctly

   Purchased for our patio so we could continue to sit out in our garden with our lockdown bubble as the weather cools down. Absolutely loved the product as a whole and it gave off great heat when we tried it; looking forward to getting continued use out of it over the coming weeks and months. Assembly was a little awkward and definitely needs at least two people; took a lot longer than suggested. However, worth it in the end.

   The quality of each component is first class but what a lot of assembly. Now that I've done it once I reckon I could do another in an hour but my first one took nearly 3 hours to assemble. Would be helpful if there was an overview video on Youtube. The written instructions are good but the pictures are too small even with my glasses on. Great product though now its built

   The heater is nicely designed but the choice of painted steel components for a unit that spends all its life in the open does not auger well for the future. We have an old all stainless steel patio heater which has sat in the open for 10 years and looks as good today as when it was new. I doubt that this will be the case with this pyramid heater.

   Hi,only had this a few days but i love it.To assemble took 1 hour and was very easy,albeit i had help and would suggest you do so also.The heat on full power in the wind was fantastic.Turned it down to low and you could feel a huge difference.Great value great heat and only negative is it is huge so if you are thinking about getting one,please check the dimensions on it.
